Rhonda, with All Star Property, has managed many rentals of mine for many years, while living in Victoria, Texas and now that I am out of state. She manages to keep them rented, has a good support team for managing costs, and is easy to work with. Due to Rhonda's many credentials in real estate, she stays current and knowledgeable on the rules and regulations of the industry. Best of all, I collect deposits every month with no worries.
